Counselling may be covered by your extended health plan. I can provide a monthly statement of services to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please check with your insurance carrier ahead of time regarding their reimbursement policies.

When finances are of particular concern, I can refer you to a therapist intern who works under supervision and can offer diverse psychotherapy services on a sliding scale basis.

EMDR therapy works much more rapidly than traditional talk therapy.
